I’m here because my business is all about purpose and the deliberate practice of living and working in your purpose. Finding a way to help others quickly discover their purpose aka their WHY is a huge opportunity to help me make the impact I desire to make in the world.I have followed Simon Sinek’s work for years and am also a student of appreciative inquiry. Discover is a key component of AI and I believe that helping people and organizations take the time to discover their why is a tremendous gift.

I believe this will incredibly enhance the way in which I work with my clients and will add value to what I offer. Discovering my Why, WHat, and How has been eye opening for me as well.

Everything I do is based on contributing to others. My WHY allows me to show up to add value without any “noise” getting in the way. This process will allow me to live my “WHY” and help others get what they wants and me to achieve what drives my core WHY in life. I’m choosing to become a WHY certified agent to help my clients better understand themselves and live their best lives (and make an impact…that’s my why!).

I get to wake up every day to do something I love and that is helping develop people to do the things that inspire them in a way nobody else can. In order to have significant breakthroughs in the lives and businesses I serve, my clients and their respective leaders need to understand their WHY. My goal is to do this with graciousness, humility, warmth, and poise, unlike anything the world is accustom to. To not only develop great businesses, but to develop influential and inspiring leaders who are grounded, who know their WHY and have the ability to change the world.

After years of being frustrated trying to clarify my message and truly understand why I do what I do - I took a simple test and it was like a bell went off inside my head. I suddenly had clarity and it made me even more passionate about the work I do. I am excited about sharing this process with others so that they can spend more time doing what they love and less time figuring out why.

I’m here because knowing my Why in all the different phases of that has helped me understand myself better and to perform better. I also know that my clients grow better when they understand their vision and mission — and knowing their Why will help them do that.
