Dr. Gary Sanchez’s WHY is to find a better way and share it. HOW he does that is by making things clear and easy to understand. WHAT he brings is simple solutions to help people move forward. He and his Team have worked with over 40,000 individuals, as well as 500 companies from small yoga studios to Fortune 500 Companies helping them get clear, stand out and play bigger.
Outside of the WHY institute Gary enjoys playing a round of golf, messing around on the pickleball court, and hanging out with family and friends enjoying some red chili dinner.
As the Founder of Elevation180, creator of the Win180 Producer Success Program, the Team Peak Performance Solution, and author of Win on Purpose, Jerry is obsessively dedicated to finding better ways to transform the way humans learn and understand the essence of themselves and their teams to achieve psychological freedom and peak performance results. He loves helping others find their WHY to maximize their potential. We consider Jerry our business mentor! In his free time, he loves to golf and spend time with his family.
Outside of Jerry’s career he is the most proud that he didn’t miss out on the growth of his children Kelley and Jared and his marriage to wife Lisa.
Dan Dominguez exists to positively impact the lives of others. He does that by challenging the status quo and looking at things from a different perspective. What he brings is the ability to make sense of the complex and challenging to help others move forward faster. Dan’s diverse background as an academic scholar, college mascot, Army Ranger, sales leader, marathon runner, track and cross-country coach, and Rotarian allows him to connect with almost anyone easily playing a large role in his position at WHY Institute.
Dan and Monica enjoyed raising their oldest daughter Jaz, who is now married and living in Chicago. They look forward to spending more time together as they raise their youngest daughter, Sofia.
Brittney Bossow is the Chief Operating Officer for WHY Institute. Her WHY is to make a positive impact in the lives of others. HOW she does that is by making sense out of the complex. WHAT she brings is a simple way to help others move forward in an efficient and effective pattern. Brittney is based out of Austin, Texas where she enjoys being out on the lake with her friends and taking trips to Colorado to be with family.
Bailey Nielson is the Director of Events & Marketing at WHY Institute. Her WHY is to contribute and make a difference; HOW she achieves that is by doing things the right way and WHAT she brings is a trusting relationship. Bailey is based out of New York City. When she isn’t planning events, Bailey loves to bake and exercise!
Rafiq Dar is the System Administrator for WHY Institute. His WHY is to Contribute to the greater cause. HOW he does that is by Make Sense of the complex and WHAT he brings is a Trusting relationship. He has been working in the service sector since 2004. Rafiq’s passion is customer service and figuring out solutions to any and every problem. Rafiq is based in Kashmir and enjoys gardening and taking long walks on the banks of Dal lake.
Isabella Sanchez, is the Graphic Designer and Podcast Editor for WHY institute. She believes that success comes from creating relationships based upon trust. HOW she does that is by making sense of the challenging or complicated. WHAT she brings is a simple solution to all she does. In her leisure time she enjoys a sweaty HIIT workout, yoga, golf, piano or planning a nice meal to share with her friends and family.
Kelley Lujan is a strategic optimizer who helps companies create processes and systems to drive predictable results.Having worked with multiple entrepreneurs over the years, she has a unique perspective on the demands a fast-paced work environment places on them and their teams. Kelley also specializes in fostering effective teams that can grow together by enhancing their strengths and natural tendencies. Kelley uses her finely tuned optimization skills alongside the insights and tools she’s learned from coaches and mentors to uncover best practices for excellence in and out of the office.
In her free time, she loves to spend time with family and listen to country music.
